i've really got to run
yay class outing! and my birthday today. i think it's funny how we celebrate birthdays but not the ageing.
many people from the class came for the lunch at food republic. omg i tried the thai restaurant's food and it was very nice, just like thai express, but even cheaper. then we tried the chocolate cake i made yesterday. surprisingly, they found it ok; and weiyang the pig said it was very nice.
got a very nice present from sonya, clara, huixing, dawn and tiffany. it was a book for my recipes, and a culinary book! omg so nice, and sonya says we must rip the wrapping apart violently so that next year we'll get more presents!
and then while some left, the rest watched enchanted. omg the princess is so simple-minded, but the clothes she sewed were so pretty! and some parts were quite touching and i cried a bit. and the chipmunk was so cute!
lingered at coffee bean before going to the arcade at cineleisure. haha i watched them play the air hockey and table soccer. and we played the spot the difference game again. left our name on the machine in 8th position.
dinner was at new york, new york. omg today's been a whole day of fatty food, but then there was no way the dinner could not be at new york, new york. because the surprise was not the cake. it was shanghui.
i was like 'omg am i that lucky to see shanghui two times in two days!' he was standing outside the restaurant, and then i was trying to run out but they all blocked me from running out. then he came into the restaurant! and i called him but he rejected the call, and i called again. then i realised he was holding a cake. and then i realised that he was the surprise.
ok that was a very unexpected one. but nothing much happened. he just ate the cake that was baked yesterday, and then he had to run off somewhere else. and that stupid poop said their cake was not bad la. glared at him =(
omg and i got a lava lamp from yiyan, jia en, weiyang, seibu, beejuan, yishi and yihui. and breakfast tomorrow is settled - pop doh from yishi and aminah!
how do we tell if someone is in bliss?

thank you all! i think i will bake a lot on the weekends of next year =(
oops in case u didn't realise, the surprise was not just shanghui, it was also the cake that we baked.
noooo i already expected teh cake so it wasn't a surprise!
