finders keepers
i didn't sleep well last night. woke up at 6am, then at 8am, by myself. don't know why. i was supposed to sleep uninterrupted until 9am. and my head itched like some bitch. and then i used hot water to scald my scalp when i bathed.
i think the chemistry paper 1 was quite hard. and i bloody wrote the wrong answer for the question on atmospheric stability even though i made the correct conclusions. see, didn't i say that we shouldn't turn up for paper 1?
dinner was at azabu sabo at marina square with weiyang, seibu, beejuan, yiyan and jia en. omg i think the food was really nice, but a bit too expensive though. never mind 久久一次. i think jia en loved the storybook we made for her birthday. (it was a JIT product.) after dinner we dumped the couple for them to have time alone, and the rest of us walked round and round marina square. saw lego, homely things like lava lamps, furniture, wedding gowns, so many things! oh yes and there was a shop with a big globe and we spun and spun it. i think i really want to go to a polar city to see the aurora.
all in all i think today was a happy day, until i got home.
i just don't understand. first my sister came to me telling me she wants to buy a cat. and she thinks that it's very cheap to adopt a cat from SPCA. yes, it's only $50. but i just don't understand how she can so single-mindedly want a cat without thinking about the money that will go to it's cleaning, health-check, food, fur-trimming and so many other freaking things.
then, she told me she found a camera in a shop and took it home. she didn't return it to the shopkeepers because she thinks that the shopkeepers would keep it for themselves even if she returned it. best of all, she acts as though there's nothing wrong with taking the camera back. and then for a moment i was just shocked, because i realised that maybe i didn't really know the person talking to me about the camera she found and took home.
it's almost as if she has no conscience/soul.
