meals have moved from the slow-cooked, slow-eaten ones at home to the fast food chains at the malls. they have also changed from family affairs into individual ones. i want to bring it back to the home.

the strawberry-topped cheesecake is ephemeral on two levels: one, it is being wolfed down at an amazing rate; two, it quickly loses its form and structure, melting in your mouth the moment it goes in.
