cupcakes
i've been up early today making cupcakes!
i think the recipe for the mix was so nice, because the vanilla smell was so strong and the mix tasted quite nice even before baking!
rise, rise, rise! i was worried that they might get too high and then my ganache would stick out too high as well.
but they all came out so nicely!
the ganache was so hard! i don't know if i used the wrong cream, but the ganache turned out too hard and i couldn't pipe it onto the cupcakes at all.
used spoons to put them on instead. looks like aa flow, eh? so sad, they couldn't turn out like the pretty ones on the net, but i think i'll sprinkle some rainbow chocolate rice on them! hope they taste good!

woo the ganache looks really rich but rather disturbing if you don't know what it is.. lol.
hmm it was too thick, but the chocolate flavour was very intense. my classmate says i overheated the chocolate, and an australian cook i've been emailing says it was too hot that's why the chocolate seized
