return of the shows

looks like i won't be looking at the moon tonight. it doesn't matter though, because for the past few months i've collected enough memories of nice-enough moons to last me some time.

right now i'm staying near the freezer to whip out the chocolate ganache custard every half-hour to beat. it loosens the freezing custard so that large ice crystals don't form. what to do? no ice cream maker, so i have to do it the manual way.

making home-made ice cream, and eating häagen-dazs out of the tub at the same time: this is the life right?
