blessing in disguise?
today was graduation day. quite saddening. we sang the batch song one last time. feels so weird to have someone put his arm around your back and you put your arm around someone else's. as though everyone's really going to be separated forever.
happy or sad?
then it was a great photo-taking frenzy. i think i almost became a qualified photographer helping eugene and chi hung to snap their photos. i guess photos do capture the moments forever.
so where will you go from here?
went to esplanade after that. hmm visited the new violin shop, frank brothers. saw zhangyi too! then i went häagen-dazs to stimulate the economy. basically, i had two scoops of ice cream and two toppings for $8.50. hmm but it was nice. then i went to the library and listened to the first movement of prokofieff's symphony no.5. saw zhangyi in the library again!
walked along the bay. singapore's waters are really polluted. i mean it's so black and so unclear and there were so many leaves! urgh! so unsightly. can't wait to go some place like hawaii or something where maybe i can see the clear blue waters. sent my very first voice mail.
SCREAM
so i walked along citylink mall. and... godiva is recruiting! saw this advertisement at the glass window of godiva. going to really try to look for work. kfc or häagen-dazs or subway or venezia or starbucks or shihlin? saw iggie and terence too!
ok so i didn't feel very happy today because it was graduation and other things. but there was still ms grace's barbecue and that really changed everything.
there were many many people i didn't know, and there was really good food too! learnt a new recipe for desert. you cut a banana longitudinally in half, stuff in some cadbury chocolates and marshmallows, wrap the whole thing in aluminium foil, and barbecue it. it was so so omg that i had two of it!
ok so i learnt a few names. there was eng how, SC, gary, hilda, melissa, TL, ET, michelle, samuel and the rest i didn't manage to catch. eng how is the sec3 ri guy, melissa's the sexist girl, and gary is the guy who kept putting ice on my back!
argh i can't cycle anymore. tried cycling on gary's bike. but failed like crazay. i mean, the last time i cycled was like a hundred years ago after learning it for just two days. and now i can't cycle anymore =(
we played whacko. hmm felt so helpless that i didn't know all the names. ended up calling melissa, eng how and gary the most. but hey i didn't get whacked at all! then we also played huh-who-what. omg it was so lame but fun! you really have to play it to enjoy it. haha i died because gary put ice on my back again! >.<
ok so the barbecue was really fun. and it really made me smile.
