the snake ice cream

is 'busy' ever a good-enough reason to lose contact with people? i realise that i've stopped flipping through blogs and talking to people on msn because i'm too busy nowadays. worse stil when the blog is in chinese and i've missed out too many entries to even try to catch up.

i'm sleeping at 10, waking up at 6, and i hardly see anyone at home. but my fairfield assignment is ending soon, and hopefully i get at least two weeks of break from relief teaching (of course i have to wish hard for another assignment to come after that).

if i manage to break free from any relief teaching for the next two weeks, my days will be empty; just tuitions in the evening. it will be exciting: i will be going for more motorbike lessons, writing out scholarship essays again, visiting the old house, playing piano/violin/viola, planning how to use up egg white/yolks/butter/flour, making bread, cooking from julia child, visiting my dentist, sweeping/mopping the floor, resting...

well, if there are no more assignments after this, then 'so be it', which is a phrase i learnt from my p3 class. then i'll have to be happy staying at home in the mornings/afternoons; i can do so many things as well!
